MinQ:ExtrA(trial version)

“MinQ:ExtrA” is a new game for MSX2 released in 2024. It is an early 90's style JRPG in which the main character, a rogue, aims for the Demon Lord's castle while defeating monsters and adventurers and collecting treasures. This game is available in Japanese, English and Spanish.

“MinQ:ExtrA” has the following updates compared to the original version of “MinQ” released in 2021.

・The map size has been expanded by more than 10 times.
・Greatly increased item and enemy variety.
・Added a save function.
・Added skill level system.
・Improved English and Spanish translations.

The packaged version (floppy disk version) is currently on sale, and a trial version that allows you to play the first part of the game is available on this site.

[Operation method]

You can use either the keyboard or a gamepad to control the game, but only one of them will be used after the game starts.

・MSX2 (VRAM 128kB) or higher.
・Floppy disk drive required.
・Disk BASIC required (C-BIOS not supported).
・gamepad support.
・MSX-MUSIC support.
・NTSC/PAL support.
・Z80 mode in MSX turboR.
・MSX0 is not supported.
